      Good pay hour rate. Very friendly team and supportive. Training is provided and good comission for good sales.

      Cons

      Shifts are assigned avery month and the hours are based on the season. You can't rely on this as you main income. Good for students or side job.

      Pros

      I was loyal for many years and grew a lot there. Had the opportunity to touch every type of project and learn a ton. A lot of fun with coworkers and they created committees for agency improvement and to coordinate fun activities.

      Cons

      Growing pains. Wearing so many hats. Accepting any and every type of project from clients - bowing down to them at the expense of employee mental health. Mean clients that affect your workday. Changing processes. Low pay compared to other parts of the US or even the same market.
