Location advantage of original stores, which are still its bread and butter. Expanding to Tier II cities. Old but working Format, infrastructure structure and training.
Cons
Laggard in technology, severe handicap in top management's ideology. New changes are decided on a DAILY basis, and none are designed for IT or sustainability. Typical of Sales driven leadership vs a design think. Severe attrition of skilled minds, as they are strangled in execution.
