I returned to work after parental leave expecting a smooth reintegration, especially after years of commitment to the company. Instead, I was met with constant pressure to resign, lack of empathy, and an environment that made it difficult to perform my job. I experienced workplace bullying and was systematically excluded and isolated by both management and certain colleagues. The situation significantly affected my mental and emotional well-being. There was no structured support for employees returning from leave, and no clear HR process to address harassment or discriminatory behavior. It became clear that as a mother returning to work, I was seen as a burden, not as a valued employee. This experience was deeply disappointing and has left me with serious concerns about the company culture.
