Pros
Good working conditions, perfect work/life balance, quite interesting tasks, ability to build career inside company. Company very appreciates loyalty. Absolutely white salary, regular premiums (for people who works well).
Cons
Not very high salary (but its well compensated with quite free working schedule). Actually, salary is quite good, but not the highest in the industry.
