Work load is significantly greater then same positions at other companies. Carreer advancement is a popularity contest not based on skills and talent. Employees living on site recieve random inspection with no verifiable notice, nor is it in the lease, it is a policy so they get away with the harassment. Only select employees get exclusive rental discount which is unfair.
