Scam, Door-to-Door PRYAMID SCHEME Sales Commission ONLY company - Management Trainee MG8 Ohio Employee Review

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, that is an inaccurate representation of the company. First off, a "pyramid scheme" is not legal in the United States and we do not condone those practices. In reference to your comment on the company engaging in “door to door sales”, the definition of door to door sales is as follows … “a canvasing technique that is generally used for sales, in which the person or persons walk from the door of one house to the other door of another, trying to sell or advertise a product or service..”. We work directly with business owners and medical facilities, we do not visit or market to any residences. We specialize in a consultative sale, client acquisition and retention, and direct marking for our company. Regarding “100% commission” we offer two payment packages.. one involving a commission, residual income, and bonus structure and the other involving salary plus commission. You voluntarily chose our commission package and signed a document stating that fact. Every new hire has the choice to choose between either package depending on their personal preference. The safety of our employees is of the utmost importance to us. Each representative at MG8 Cleveland is asked to create a list of 3-5 territories they feel comfortable working in. Following that the director provides the representative with one of those specified territories. If a representative feels unsafe in any area it is their responsibility to speak to the director directly about their discomfort. Because the list is provided by the representative the area where they work is 100% their decision. Finally, you mentioned “one out of a million can be successful..”. People define their own success and set their own goals. However, there are roughly 400+ offices in our organization. They and their employees have all found success in this business. Generally it does take longer than a week to become confident with the practices and systems we pride ourselves on. Thank you again for your feedback!
