Toxic work environment Unprofessional managers No career growth Mananging partner always screams everyday at mistakes done by staff and speaks in support of client High turnover Run-down office units Horrible system of managing work, lots of audit assignments will be dumped with no regard of properly training/briefing the staff Fault/Blame falls to you immediately and there is no sense of teamwork, you're on your own Majority of hired staff are from one country (and caste) Locals will only be considered just to keep up with the quota
