Good comps. Was a place to hang my hat for almost 9 years. They eliminated my position before I could quit, which I was quietly praying for.
Cons
Just a slow downward spiral. Very behind the times in technology. Lots of org changes with very little headway made in any of the directions. My position was suddenly eliminated when I challenged leadership. Consequently, their message seems very disingenuous. Direct manager and above could not handle a serious conversation about where they may have failed. However, there's no real growth going on anyway. Very stagnant there with no actual improvement in technology work. I'm actually happy to have gotten unstuck and on to better things.
