      $1 per mile (bait!) I honestly don't see ANY other pros pertaining to working for this company as a driver.

      Great pay and nice managment.

      Cons

      The dispatcher should be treated same as the driver. For MGR the driver is always right.

      Some lanes pay well while others are crap. You have to really run hard to make a living

      Cons

      Lease prices too damn high. In a bad market you really can’t make good money
