Run away - Management MGR Real Estate Employee Review

This company provides a lot of opportunities for growth through continued education programs. I got my real estate license a few years ago and didn't know where to begin, and MGR got me started right away with how to start and build a strong book of business. It is important at this company to show up and put in work but if you do, many agents and managers get promoted and move through the ladder and are very successful.

This company's learning process is to get your feet wet from the beginning which is a great way to learn through experience but can be scary to start without the previous experience. It still worked out for the best when I put in the work.

Pay was ok and the people there were great. Great company culture and fun company events.

CEO was difficult to work for and you were lucky to get a pay raise, even if your reviews were excellent. Owner micromanaged everything, and I mean everything and very often showed favoritism to his star employees of the week.
