Cons
Extremely disappointed with the current management. The hiring manager lacks basic professionalism and operates with zero ethics, behaving as though he owns the company rather than leading with accountability. It is frustrating to see the Customer Service department being run by individuals who appear completely unqualified and incapable of effective leadership. This reflects poorly on the organisation’s standards and culture.
