I have been at MHC Software over 10 years and I consider myself a lucky person that enjoys their job and the people they work with. We produce great products that customers love. I like to be challenged and to learn new things which is always encouraged. We are not micro-managed and are given the freedom to develop different skills, not limiting what tasks we can do As a company they are family friendly which provides for a good work-life balance. Group events and team-building events are always a lot of fun and the management staff is very creative with ideas. Collaboration is encouraged and they are very accepting of input on other people’s ideas.
