Management disorganised. lack of structured approach to career progression /developing staff skills especially as they get more experienced, unfortunately probably quite typical of a practice of this size.

-Really great projects. -No one breathing down your neck!

-Disfunctional management of project resourcing. -Expecation to work long hours with little or no thanks to getting projects over the line. -No conscious development of employees.
