      Micro-Epsilon HQ based in Germnay has developed high performance products allowing you to work on interesting applications. Convenient location.

      Cons

      Staff turnover was high and there was extremely limited support from management. Morale was low and internal processes and communication were unclear. It felt like certain staff members were unfairly singled out. The overall culture created by management felt demoralising. While the company culture is often advertised as collaborative and supportive, the reality felt very different.

      Pros

      Decent pay and the engineers there are very smart/good at their jobs as well as personable. It is also a really good opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Political views are voiced more often than is appropriate but it’s mainly uncomfortable because it’s some of the folks in charge bringing it up. There is also unfettered access to inventory but it’s always the people in the warehouse that catch the blame when something is misplaced.
