Pros
There's really positive change happening and it feels good to be part of a company that really cares about its people and customers. Some fantastic new team member coming on board and my manager is really switched on. Enjoyable work and I'm able to suggest improvements and changes that are welcomed. Also really open to flexibility depending on personal needs.
Cons
Can be really busy and intense times in the year but I think it's fair to say that would happen at any business.
