Pros
I've been at Pcubed for about 6 months now and it is an amazing place to work. The medical benefits are great with low premiums, yearly bonuses, 401k match, etc. I work with people who are incredibly talented and together we tackle some incredibly difficult challenges for our clients. Not everything always goes perfectly in client services, but management fosters a culture of openness, honesty, and they are incredibly supportive. I couldn't ask for better senior/executive management.
Cons
It's client services, and clients can be a huge pain to deal with and the hours can occassionally get pretty tough. If you're considering consulting, hopefully you already know that.
