Pros
It's a nice job for a first job. You have the chance to learn a lot of things really fast. MIND has customers located in exotic places such as South Africa, Caribbean, Islands in the Pacific Ocean and you have a nice chance to visit those places for free with a business trip. The people working in this department are knowledgeable and nice and the working hours are really flexible.
Cons
In the last years the stress level is quite high because the company doesn't try to keep their best employees. As a result the workload is more than big and you are force to work extra every day. And also during the weekends. I believe that some projects will be lost as a result of the above and maybe then the top management will learn to value their employees.
