Pros
The growth opportunity is amazing. I started as a front desk and was promoted to Asst Manager within 3 months, and then, to Office Manager shortly after. You get PTO, Great Benefits (Which Mint actually pays for the majority of). As a Manager you get 2 additional days off in a Month PAID!
Cons
I really can not think of any. It really is a great place to work. If you are a dedicated hard worker you will be recognized!
