Terrible Upper Management - Manager MINTH Employee Review

Upper management leads through intimidation. They seem to lack the resources to create a good work culture. HR is cut at the knees, belittled and countered at every opportunity. Middle management is berated, screamed at, circumvented and overall verbally abused for mistakes made higher up. Good people leave due to the abusive work environment.
