Pros
Free pop corn, beer on Fridays. Cool employees. Respect among employees 👏
Cons
It usually depends on the department you work in. ILR employees work hard and their increases are fair. I've had an opportunity to work there a bit and their boss is good. FBA*** there is a horror movie that's playing there. The boss is bad and treats employees very bad. They do audits on your card...when you got in and when you got out. Employees are depressed there. They tell you to not talk about your salaries because they know that they are not paying a certain group of people fairly. Regression is bad but the boss acts nice. Big data is bad the boss is bad...gives the lowest increases to employees. Employees are always in the office. HRF is good, employees are happy there. GLR is good and employees are treated fairly. I have not heard even a single person complain about that department. In my 3 years working there I was happy but a friend of mine in FBA was always complaining until she changed jobs. Other departments are good it's just certain departments that are very very bad and if you tell people that you've been placed in those departments, they usually feel sorry for you. Employees talk about their experiences and some are good and some are bad. If you want to be happy go to ILR, GLR, R&I and other departments but definitely not the ones I mentioned above. There are no bonuses still and still low salaries but the treatment is better. I am glad I left and will definitely not miss working there.
