Great experience at MIT - Internship MIT Alumni Association Employee Review

MIT AA cares for its employees. It holds many great and fun events.

There aren't too many opportunities for advancement.

The atmosphere was great, and I loved working with the alumni. The alumni, while quirky, are all very intellectual, and that's a stimulating thing for those working for and with them.

The hours can be grueling, particularly during reunions, when overtime is expected. During the high-volume times of the year, it can feel as if one lives in the Association, not just works there. The pressure is high at that time, too.
