Pros
MIT is certainly a world-class institution. For employees, there are many supports and opportunities available.
Cons
There are many logistical and operational services that are not in-sync for the admins to be able to plan events and other job-related tasks effectively. It takes several iterations/ years to get a good handle on this . For MIT to be as high-stress as it is, there needs to be more mental health supports for employees.
