      It was a very good company to work. I was working almost 17 years as a Recreation Therapist.

      Good benefits. Very nice office setup and views.

      Cons

      Non existent management/leadership. A bullying environment was allowed. Horrible pay. No one gets along in that department, It has a horrible reputation. Turnaround is constant. HR does nothing to better the situation.
