      As a new employee onboarding with MJHS and havng just attended their orientation programs, I am very pleased to state it was both engaging and interactive. They are member and employee focused and thus far a very promising organization with great growth potential.

      Good benefits. Very nice office setup and views.

      Cons

      Non existent management/leadership. A bullying environment was allowed. Horrible pay. No one gets along in that department, It has a horrible reputation. Turnaround is constant. HR does nothing to better the situation.
