Pros
1. Growth - The opportunity to grow in this company is limited only by ambition. If you want that promotion or the extra responsibility, then the opportunity to demonstrate capableness is there. Management often offers support and encouragement even when tackling new challenging tasks 2. Respect - Management has always been respectful of our time and life outside of work. 3. Workplace - The workplace culture is relaxed and collaborative. Management clearly values hiring team players with a goal to foster a team oriented culture. 4. Management/Principles are very competent and professional. Learning from them has been valuable to my career.
Cons
Sometimes during the busy months there can be a lot of work to be done. Often times, management is receptive to this and can modify schedules and spread out the work if the issue is brought to their attention. In the past, additional engineers have been hired as a result which shows that management understands the need for growth.
