There is a plateau you reach at MKDA where there does not feel like there is any more upward movement.

There are some wonderful staff members here who believe in what they’re doing and lead with compassion and empathy.

Michael Kleinberg, the business owner, is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. This is a family business filled with unqualified and overpaid family members. While they preach the “family” rhetoric, you’re simply a staff member who will be tossed to the curb once they’ve gotten out of you what they need. Laptops that crash 5x a day is considered a you problem. Need help with something HR related? You problem. Need an expense report paid for the $5,000+ worth of client related accessories you were forced to put on a personal card? They’ll hold off paying you for months and refuse to cover the interest incurred. Also, the insurance is absolutely terrible. Their top plan will still leave you with a high deductible and high out of cost expenses.
