      Pros

      Culture is decent. Management does have an open door policy, as long as you are not talking about compensation.

      Cons

      As other commenters have mentioned, compensation at the associate level is completely out of whack with the effort/ lifestyle adjustments needed. Pay is well below street, while hours are typical.

      Pros

      Great people, diverse offerings, Clients and corporates liked how hard we tried to produce excellent services. Probably provided internships to over 200 college students and I stay in touch with many.

      Cons

      They needed to move into banking and that is why they were acquired by an IB firm.
