      Pros

      Smart people, collaborative culture. Lots of opportunities to learn and have an impact. Quest for improvement and excellence. Constantly seeking to improve processes to enable you to focus on what really matters.

      Cons

      Work/life balance. Questionable decisionmaking from the top; at times not enough transparency from C-suite. Non-investment team comp on the lower end of the industry average for the amount of work you do. Small teams make it hard to really gain managerial experience.
