Good people and leadership team. A lot of opportunities for improvements to discover and improve. Collaborative relationship with suppliers. If you like challenges and applying your skill set, this is the company for you.
Cons
I have worked for fortune top 50 companies most of my career, before joining MKS. MKS is my best fit. I don’t have any CONS to mention, beside employees need more training.
