Extremely hierarchical, with a top-down approach. Lack of diversity is shocking throughout the company, especially at the management level. Almost no people of color in the entire (100+) company. Almost no women in positions of leadership. The culture is reflective of its lack of diversity in terms of innovation, collaboration, growth of employees, and ability to bring new ideas to the table, especially in terms of environmental justice, community engagement, and other forms of public communication and equitable planning and design.
