Flexibility. Company is mostly Virtual and allows employees to work from home. Good management and company direction. CEO, Jordan is a great and personal guy.

Virtual Work Environments can at times create clicks and toxic personalities.

I called my own schedule, can work remotely from anywhere. Loved my job and really enjoyed my clients. The team was very helpful as well. Great place to work.

Unfortunately in the change of the organization, lots of opinions shared and workloads shifted. Some couldn't keep up with change and were let go. Others started their own agency.
