Pros
I loved my time at MLG. Great people who care about more than just money, though everyone seems laser focused on the success of the company and it's investments.
The teams are small, voices are heard, and the company promotes a great work hard play hard culture. Depending on the role, this is not a "collect a pay check" company but if you're willing and able to work hard and follow direction you will earn a lot of respect from the higher ups.

No real cons to think of here!
Every company has their own problems and I left because I wanted to try something new and to find more room to grow. I'm not upset with my decision, but MLG has been my best job so far in my career!
