Pros
Some members of the team and the occasional Director are alright to work for. Flexible working is available, and they've been pretty good dealing with working from home recently. Sick pay/benefits are also good, and they'll support you returning to work.
Cons
Quite difficult to get far in the company as a female, you have to put up with quite a few sexist jokes and comments. People at the bottom of the food chain are pretty much destined to stay at the bottom of the food chain, with terrible pay and having things dumped on them. The decision to be bought by Sweco was 100% a deal made for the partners to line their pockets, this does not benefit the general staff at all. This is obvious by the number of staff that left when the takeover happened. Any bonuses or raises are purely salary based, despite what you're told.
