Pros
MLabs has a good amount of diversity in the projects they take on so work is always engaging. Work life balance is great and I get 3 weeks vacation a year. Remote work with the option to work anywhere in the world. A huge + is that there is a "math" channel on their Slack.
Cons
Work from home is pretty lonely especially when all your coworkers are spread out around the world. Sometimes I have to wake up earlier than usual to attend a meeting because of time zones.
