Internal politics especially HR HEAVY

Nothing to specify any pros in this company.

Corporate office in Guindy, Chennai. As far as secretary position in top heads department is concerned, it's terrible to work as a 2nd assistant/secretary. I mean there are 2 secretaries always in top heads department. Those who are joining as 2nd secretary, will lose his job at any time even though if he is a good performer and getting poor/average/high/very high salary and not like 1st secretaries who are working for more than 15 - 20 years. Management will not show any courtesy and will terminate these 2nd secretaries without any valid reason. My advice is if a person who is really having dependant and commitment to run his family with a salary getting from M M Forgings job, he should not join here with a planning of continuing in long run.
