When u have lot of cons how can I tell a pros for this company.. these are companies who pay very less and also doesn't increase the pay every year
Cons
Workers are under paid ..no hike.. no promotion..6 days work .. even 7 the day u need to come Mandatory for one week in a month..no phone allowed..no employee friendliness
