      Pros

      Started at MME a few years back. Out of school was deciding between a big and small agency. Was told in my intereview that I would have plenty of opportunities to have my work produced early on… which led to me accepting the job. The pace is fast – as in rarely a dull moment. We try to keep things light even when we have tight deadlines. Friendly atmosphere of people that enjoy being around each other. Great place to grow as MME is a smaller/more intinmate agency. Direct access to Sr. Staff and Agency Partners.

      Cons

      Work can be challenging as sometimes it needs to be turned around too fast. Would be nice to have more administrative and freelance support at these times.

      I typically don't write reviews on this site or others, but I feel compelled to do so in part because of the negative reviews posted on this site. I've worked at this company nearly two decades, and for 15 years before that at large and small agencies alike. This is a medium-sized shop where your voice is heard, appreciated and respected whether you're a senior executive or an entry level newcomer. The atmosphere and environment is friendly and comfortable. Yes, we work hard, but it's nowhere near the "sweatshop" mentioned by some deadwood, lazy rotten apples who've worked here for a short time. There are no free passes in life as some seem to expect. If you want to work at a place where you get to do great work and you're treated very well, this is the place for you. If you want to work 10:30 - 4 with two hour lunches, then move along and good luck with your career.

      Cons

      Growing pains - it would be nice to have more space, we have a lot of people sitting in close quarters.
