I'm lucky to have a supportive colleagues to get me through the day-to-day job but since the recent change of the top management, our team have been working in silo
Cons
Despite having Petronas and MISC as our parent companies, the benefits are far fetched from what have been given to the employees of the mentioned companies. I'm talking about medical benefits, flexible working arrangement.
