Good food and nice colleagues, but high turnover and low pay - Bar Manager MML Hospitality Employee Review

The work environment is healthy and supportive at my restaurant however I don't know across the board at all MML restaurants. They are very flexible on scheduling and off time, The pay is standard to low at my location but their are plenty of options for high paying positions at other restaurants.

Some higher up can be less than welcoming and are not always understanding but that mainly goes person to person and is not a company characteristic

Creative freedom, small but effective corporate management team, lots of money and resources for new projects and programming.

Every location is a labor of love and asks a lot from its staff. If you don’t fully believe in the product, it can be hard to justify the amount of dedication it requires. If you really love and buy into the restaurant/hotel you’re at, it can be very rewarding but draining at times.
