      Opportunity to work closely with students and help with language learning Pay is good for the short time duration Other staff and administrative support is fantastic

      Cons

      Exhausting! Tough to get enough rest, but it's just the nature of the job. Sometimes there was tension or lack of communication between residential and academic side of the program that made things more complicated/tiring

      Pros

      -room and board paid for, -fun staff who are willing to help, -very multi-cultured, with teachers and staff from all over the country, even from out of country, all there to help teach students how to learn new languages -very well equipped to suit the needs of each team of staff, whether it be the teachers, the administration, the dorm/ activities teams, and its IT department

      Cons

      -was at midst testing new software -only lasts a month -only as good as the staff and location you are at
