Pros
The people at the site were great — it was a positive environment with a solid team and clear expectations. The work came with good challenges, and everyone worked together to meet the demands in a respectful way.
Cons
At my last site, some of the workers were constant problem starters — always instigating, grabbing for attention, and creating drama instead of focusing on the job. They seemed more interested in stirring up conflict than getting work done.
