Cons
Management hates their own job - makes it hard to be motivated about your own especially when you are starting. Unorganized - they throw numerous topics without taking them to completion or following a clear direction. Don't value or invest in new ideas - they play too safe which makes the work uninteresting and not rewarding for any starter or staff with a newer outlook. No salary benefits - Pay is low without insurance or any type of group plan. Don't care about company culture and environment - offices are gross and not cosy at all, there is no cohesion or cooperation between departments, just a very old office mentality. Fires employees right away instead of trying to improve or see what is affecting the work.
