      Pros

      Building on the current boom in demand for Drupal MMWD is a place where you will learn a lot of new things and you will became a better project manager, and your teamwork skills will improve by leaps and bounds.

      Cons

      Juggling projects and having to meet deadlines can be stressful. Being a small company you have to interface with clients no matter who you are. Not a lot of mentoring.
