      Pros

      This is a pretty laid-back job. Nothing much to do depending on the shift you are working. Coworkers and management are great.

      Cares about all employees and makes strides to ensure everyone is happy to be at work

      Low starting hourly pay, but understandable for this line of work.

      Not mentally hard nor too physically demanding

      Cons

      Poor management, long hours, short breaks, not allowed a water bottle on your person in the galleries, mind numbing, lots of standing and doing nothing.
