Pros

The benefits are great, depending on which department you are in your schedule may be flexible or allow you to work from home. You will definitely be challenged and likely have opportunities for over-time during the open enrollment period.

Cons

The top executives and directors are so concerned about their own careers that they do not mentor and help others that are less experienced. There has been a great deal of turnover since MNsure launched Oct 2013. Most of the original staff that helped launch MNsure is no longer there. Most positions at MNsure were listed as Temp - 3 year positions and they have only very slowly started making some positions permanent, which means there are no union protections and you can very easily loose your job.
