Pros

- Great pay - Work from home !! - Equipment provided - A lot of training to feel prepared for the actual workload - Great information learning about insurance, and other healthcare related information

Cons

- Extreme burnout early on from workload - Mass calls every day - Supervisors never take a call over if a customer is being rude/non compliant - Always told to tell the consumer that they cannot be transferred to a supervisor - Temporary position unless hired permanetly, but I was hired during their seasonal 'enrolling' period, when it was really busy - During 'open enrollment' hours are absolutely crazy, ten, eleven hour shifts that are mandatory

Pros

They treat their MNsure Brokers well. Moreover, MNsure treats their employees great they always provide awesome training we can add for our continuing education and they keep us busy. The business is great! I love MNsure. I salute this great organization, and all they do to help others to stay healthy and safe to obtain affordable and suitable healthcare plans.

Cons

None, MNsure is an excellent conglomerate to partner with. I have nothing bad to say about this incredible organization.
