MO4 Network is a passionate, fast-paced, no nonsense company. You'll grow some thick skin and learn to defend your opinions, yourself, and to deliver your best work because it'll be forced out of you. This company is not for the faint-hearted. You'll learn a lot about social media management and if you suck it up you'll be rewarded in the long-term. You also become friends with your colleagues quickly and develop a good support system.
Cons
Starting salary is horrible but raises occur typically every 6 months which is faster than usual. However, that's because some people don't even last two weeks. If you made it for 6 months you're probably around for the long haul. You also might not get paid on time. It often takes them days to weeks to get your salary.
