MOBA has some positives. The work environment and the employees are all great and supportive. Benefits and travel are good too and the flexible hours for over time work are decent.

MOBA lacks skills in being able to develop its employees into their position. Their setup for the creative team was very standoffish and less than efficient at times because of the lack of communication of expectations.
