      Pros

      -Fast paced work environment with loads of learning opportunities not limited to a specific vertical/field in business or technology. -Managers trust you to take ownership and complete tasks on time. No one micromanages you. Great place to work for self-starters and people with entrepreneurial mindset. -Great exposure to C-Level team and freedom to share new ideas to take the company forward. -Fun, flexible, and supportive work environment as long as you are accountable. -Get to work with some really smart people.

      Cons

      Loved working here so I don't have too many cons. We need to have a more defined growth program for employees but that will come as the company gets bigger.

      There are some nice people that work there.

      Cons

      Trust me, you don’t want to work here. It would be better to stay unemployed and wait for a real company that might care one ounce about you or the contribution you make for the company. Mobivity is dying, and good riddance. Toxic culture, no recognition, no direction. Just a complete mess
