      Fun Atmosphere but Not Always Dependable Hours - Mod Squad MOD Employee Review

      Pros

      It's a fun and laid back atmosphere in downtown Wake Forest, so close to a lot of stuff. Also employees get a free pizza or salad each shift!

      Cons

      Getting hours each week isn't always guaranteed. I was told I'd have 20 and it's been a steady 10. Also you don't know what position you'll be working until you arrive (which isn't that big of a deal since they're all pretty easy, but it would still be nice).

      Commission, pay, a lot of down time if you like that kind of stuff.

      Cons

      Pay sucks, barely get commission, a lot of down time, long hour days, 10+ hour days, no breaks.
